This wine is sourced from sunny California, namely Lodi, where the cool delta breezes temper late afternoon heat. California has a moderately warm, consistent growing season, which allows the grapes grown here to spend an ideal amount of time on the vine and develop fully ripened fruit flavors with excellent balance of structure, acid and fruit – vintage after vintage.
TASTING NOTE
This Chardonnay features aromas of apricot, toasted oak and a touch of vanilla. Flavors of Honeycrisp apple and bright Meyer lemon are framed by subtle, toasted oak spice. The palate is complex with a nice transition from crisp fruit at the front through to a graceful, lasting finish.
