THIS IS THE STUFF OF LEGENDS. Early pioneers settled in El Paso de Robles, called “Paso” by locals, lured by the promise of gold and riches. Our roots run deep here, in the land under the Red Sun, where the vines grown today are as hearty as their wild cultivars and raised under the heat of the blazing summer sun.

91 POINTS, DECANTER | 2022 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
WINEMAKING
The vineyards in Paso Robles receive very little rain and experience a long growing season. This hot and dry region of central California is notable for averaging more than 300 days of red sunshine every year, which promotes classic Bordeaux grapes to ripen and fully develop, yielding wines with a signature full-bodied and jammy concentrated flavor.
TASTING NOTE
This Cabernet Sauvignon is boldly structured. Aromas of deep black fruit lead to flavors of wild brambleberry, red raspberry and an earthy, warm spice character. This wine is full-bodied and excellently balanced, it’s finish persistent. This wine pairs well with bold, peppery grilled meat dishes like marinated flank steak tacos or stands tall on its own, finishing long after the setting sun.
