WINEMAKING
Taha Valley grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness. After gentle pressing, the juice was filtered for clarity and allowed to rest. Following rest, the juice was fermented for 3 weeks using a selection of aromatic yeasts to enhance the characteristic fruit attributes inherent to Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. After fermentation, the wine was racked and held on light lees to help maintain freshness and add subtle creaminess before blending.
TASTING NOTE
Crisp and full-flavored wine with a lively mouthfeel. The nose delivers a delicate balance of both floral and herbaceous notes, with a hint of Kefir lime and citrus zest complemented by gooseberry leaf. Flavors of mandarin, citrus blossom and grapefruit are underlined by subtle notes of dried herb. This wine finishes with a touch of minerality and a lingering finish.
