Medium-bodied with supple, fine tannins, it finishes with hints of cola spice, sage, and thyme, offering a harmonious and enjoyable experience. Aged in 30% new French oak, it is impressively approachable and balanced for such a young wine and should be enjoyed at cellar temperature around 57°F (13°C) alongside meat-lovers pizza or burgers.
